1. Digital Goods and LMS Access Due to the immediate access granted to our digital content (including question banks, AI-generated mock tests, PDF study materials, and recorded sessions), all sales on Neet App are considered final.
2. Refund Eligibility Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error or payment gateway timeout.
- Non-Delivery of Service: If your account is successfully debited but LMS access is not granted within 24 hours, and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios We do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchasing a test series or course.
- Inability to access the platform due to user-end internet or hardware issues.
- Failure to attend scheduled live sessions.
4. Refund Process If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, you must submit a request to our support email within 7 days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
